· How do I become a Sponsor?  Use this link to register for Sponsorship in our registration portal.

· When is the deadline to register for Sponsorship?  Friday, July 11, 2026

· When is vendor table set up?  Vendor table set up is Thursday, July 23, 2026 between 8 am—10 am

· Where is vendor table set up?   Vendor table set up will be in The Promenade.

· When is vendor table tear down?  Vendor tear down is immediately following the conference on Friday, July 24, 2026.

Sponsorship/Vendor Tables

**Sponsorships are non-refundable. **MEPC may review, approve, and/or reject sponsorship materials, exhibit table advertisements, displays, or any items brought to a conference or event.  Vendor tables and sponsorships may not be shared between companies. Vendors must keep exhibits within table boundaries and follow all MEPC and hotel rules, including designated setup and tear down times.
