Topics and Speakers will be announced as they become confirmed. A topical agenda will be posted on the Agenda page in April 2020. NOTE: The 2020 conference schedule is not the same as it has been in years past. Golf will take place on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday’s session will be a full day.

What is the dress code for the MEPC?
There is no specific dress code for MEPC, most attendees dress business casual.

How do I add my spouse, guest(s) or children if I already registered?
You can add your spouse, guest(s) or children by completing another registration form and selecting Modify Registration.
How do I add my spouse, guest(s) or children if I am registered as a Complimentary Sponsor Registrant or Discounted Registrant under my Company's Sponsorship?
If you, your additional Complimentary Registrant and/or Discounted Registrant need to add Guests/Children but have to pay for them separately, please complete a new registration for them using Promo Code: ADDGUEST
How do I register for golf?
You can register for golf through the registration portal.
Can I register a spouse or guest for golf that isn't registered for the conference?
You can register a spouse or guest that isn’t registered for the conference but they can not participate in any of the events (or meals). They will only be allowed to participate in the MESS Scramble.
What is the deadline to register for the conference?
Registration deadline is July 13, 2020. Please note that the registration fee increases after June 28, 2020
What is the refund and cancellation policy for the conference?
Cancellation requests must occur by June 28, 2020 to receive a refund minus the administration fee of $50. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to suzy@megautilities.org.
How do I pre-register my child for the Thursday evening Children's Program?
You can register your child for the program by selecting Modify Registration on the registration form.
Will I be able to register my child for the Children's Program once we are at the conference?
Unfortunately registration for the Children’s Program needs to be done by July 13, 2020.

How soon should I book my room?
It is recommended that you book your room as soon as possible to ensure that you get the type of accommodations that you desire.

You are welcome to arrive as early as you wish, however the hotel cannot guarantee that your accommodations will be available for occupancy before 5:00 p.m. Check out time is at 12:00 p.m.
What is the cancellation policy at Shanty Creek?Your 50% reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $10 room handling fee, with notice of cancellation at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days prior will forfeit the 50% deposit.

How do I become a Sponsor for MEPC 2020?
You can sign up to be a Sponsor and pay the Sponsorship fee on the conference registration portal. NOTE: If the sponsorship level you choose includes any complimentary conference registrations or discounts, the person registering will receive the complimentary registration. Can I request a foursome or people that I want to golf with?Sponsorship deadline is July 13, 2020.
Yes, you may add their name(s) to your golf registration in the registration portal. You can modify your registration at any time. The name(s) of the individual(s) that you would like on your team MUST be registered for golf. If they are not registered for golf, they will not be put on your team.

Special Promotions
I have been given a promotional code, what is this?
A promotional code allows for a discount to be given under certain conditions at the time of conference registration. This code needs to be provided at the time that an attendee registers for the conference. PROMOTIONAL CODES ARE ONLY VALID WITH GENERAL ATTENDANCE NOT SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION. If you recall seeing a promotional code but cannot find it or your communication, please contact the MEPC Staff.
Who counts as a “first-time attendee”?A first-time attendee is an individual who has not attended the conference before, even if someone from that organization has attended before. If you have questions, please contact the MEPC Staff.
How do I receive the “bonus” for referring a first-time attendee?A “bonus” of $50 will be given to individuals who (a) are registered for the conference and (b) are identified by the first-time attendee on their conference registration form as the person who referred them. Only one bonus will be applied for any first-time attendee. The person who referred them will receive notification from the MEPC Staff. The “bonus” will be a credit on the account for the cost of the room, which will be applied at the time of the conference. This means that you will pay the deposit required in full, and you will see a credit when you check out of the Resort. You may validate that the MEPC is expecting to provide this credit when you check in to the conference at the registration table. In addition, the first-time attendee will receive a $50 discount off of the conference registration by entering promotional code 1TIME on their registration form. First-time status will be validated by the MEPC Staff. In order to receive the referral bonus, the first time attendee must enter the name of the person that referred them in the “How did you hear about the MEPC?” field AND enter promo code 1TIME on the registration form.
