Registration for the conference can be done by clicking on the Register Here tab. You will need to book your hotel room separately using the link provided on our Location page or by contacting Grand Traverse Resort directly (1-800-968-7352).
What is the deadline to register for the conference?
Registration deadline is July 13, 2024.
What is the refund and cancellation policy for the conference?
Cancellation requests must occur by June 24, 2024 to receive a refund minus the administration fee of $50. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to suzy@megautilities.org.
Lodging
It is recommended that you book your room as soon as possible to ensure that you get the type of accommodations that you desire.

You are welcome to arrive as early as you wish, however the hotel cannot guarantee that your accommodations will be available for occupancy before 4:00 p.m. Check out time is at 11:00 a.m.
What is the cancellation policy at Grand Traverse Resort?Your deposit of one-nights room rate and tax will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee, with notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior will forfeit the deposit.

This code needs to be provided at the time that an attendee registers for the conference. PROMOTIONAL CODES ARE ONLY VALID WITH GENERAL ATTENDANCE.
